Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that emergency situations do come up causing the need to cancel your appointment. Please reach out to lunahairhaven@gmail.com as soon as possible and we can get your appointment rescheduled. However clients with reoccurring cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will have a 50% fee of the service total. “No-show” appointments will result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service.

I have been going to Emilee for quite some time now, even followed her to 2 previous salons! Today she cut my 10 year old daughter’s hair for her first haircut ever and as always the end result did not disappoint! She is amazing with adults and also with kids. She made my daughter feel beautiful today ❤️
